As per the Federal Cannabidiol laws, CBD is legal if it’s derived from hemp (Cannabis Sativa), it is legal. However, if CBD comes from Marijuana, it is illegal.

That being said, US regulatory bodies have recently made the use of medical marijuana legal, as long as the consumer has a state-issued medical card (medical marijuana license).
