How Much Cannabis Can You Have In Oklahoma?

As per the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana law, those with a state-issued medical card (Medical Marijuana license) can have:
- Maximum of 8 ounces of marijuana in their homes.
- Up to 1 ounce of concentrated marijuana
- Up to 72 ounces of eatables (edible marijuana)
The law further states that one person can have up to 6 seedling plants and six mature plants of marijuana and up to 3 ounces of marijuana on their person.
