The legality of cannabinoids differs from country to country and state to state. In India, the sale and production of Cannabinoids are prohibited if they are in the form of resin or flowers. However, the use of leaves and seeds of the cannabis plant is allowed.
As of April 2022, 37 states in the United States have legalized the medical use of cannabis. The use of medical marijuana in some states is only legal on the condition that the consumer has a valid medical marijuana license from the state authority.
