In 2016, Marijuana Business Daily conducted a survey in which 18% of dispensaries stated that their businesses are “very profitable”. 41% of the surveyed dispensaries believe that dispensaries are modestly profitable, 29% believe they’re able to break even, and the remaining 12% say they’re losing money. Taking these factors into account, we can say that dispensaries are profitable.
