No, CBD is not identified as a drug that calls under schedule 1 or schedule II. In 2018, the Drug Enforcement Administration removed CBD medicines from schedule I in order to make medical marijuana legally accessible in the United States of America.

Now, drugs that include CBD with THC content lower than 0.1 % are to be considered a schedule 5 drug. However, they first have to be approved by the Food and Drugs Administration.
