According to the OMMA rules, Oklahoman legislation approves valid medical marijuana licenses from another state. However, they do not allow the letter of a non-Oklahoman physician to provide those from another state with a medical marijuana license.
In other words, Out-of-State applicants have to first get a prescription from an Oklahoman doctor to obtain a medical card.
